Privacy Policy
How Gringo Solutions collects, uses and protects your personal data.
Last updated: 18 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Gringo Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data when you visit our website or use our services. We are committed to protecting your privacy in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data controller
The data controller responsible for your personal data is Aya El Mrabet (sole proprietor, trading as “Gringo Solutions”), 1105 Oak, Townsend, GA 31331, United States. For any privacy question, contact us at support@gringosolutions.com.
2. What data we collect
- Contact data you provide via our contact form or by email — such as your name, email address and the content of your message.
- Order & billing data when you purchase a package — processed by our payment provider (see below). We receive confirmation of payment and basic order details, not your full card number.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through essential and (with consent) optional cookies.
3. How we use your data and legal bases
- To respond to your enquiries and provide our services — performance of a contract and legitimate interests.
- To process payments and keep records — performance of a contract and legal obligation.
- To operate and secure our website — legitimate interests.
- To use optional analytics — only with your consent.
4. Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. When you pay, your card details are collected directly by Stripe on their secure, PCI‑DSS compliant systems. We do not see or store your full card details. Stripe processes your data as an independent controller/processor under its own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy).
5. Hosting
Our website is hosted by Hostinger. Server logs and data are stored on Hostinger’s infrastructure and processed on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
6. Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (such as our payment processor and host), when required by law, or to establish or defend legal claims.
7. International transfers
Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Data retention
We keep contact enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and a reasonable period afterwards. Order and accounting records are kept for the period required by law. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any right, email support@gringosolutions.com.
10. Cookies
We use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy. You can accept or reject optional cookies through our cookie banner.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it was last revised.
